Chambourcin
Out of Stock
Our Chambourcin is a French/American hybrid that is right at home in the hills of North Carolina. This silky, smooth, light-medium bodied wine quickly fills the nose and mouth with rich fruit aromas of plums and blueberries. Chambourcin's great acidity makes it a very food-friendly wine. A loaf of ciabatta and good olive oil are all you need. Its intense dark fruit characters marry well with spicy tomato based sauces or grilled meats, sausages, or roasted poultry.
