Cabernet Sauvignon

2015 CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Rich dark fruits of plum and blackberry are layered with spice and mocha accenting this full-bodied, complex Cabernet Sauvignon.  Long aging in oak lends vanilla and smoky tobacco aromas.   Pairs well with cheeses like Gouda, Parmesan and Camembert.  The semi-tannins in the wine pair well with grilled, roasted or braised red meats.
