Chardonnay Reserve


Our Chardonnay grapes are uniquely situated in the South Mountains perched at 1250 feet elevation.  The climate and soil offer a distinct and desirable combination for achieving ripeness.  By barrel aging this Reserve wine in French Oak, it imparts creamy and buttery aromas that are followed by soft vanilla notes.   For the sweet wine drinker, this wine is a perfect entree in to the red wine spectrum.   Our Chardonnay Reserve pairs well with rich seafood and pasta dishes, especially with cream sauces, roasted poultry, and sharp cheeses.
